Le poste
Afin d’accompagner nos activités et de garantir la performance de nos installations, nous recherchons un(e) Technicien(ne) de Maintenance en CDI pour notre site de Châtillon-sur-Chalaronne (01).
Vous contribuerez au bon fonctionnement des équipements de production, des infrastructures techniques et des systèmes de supervision du site. Vous interviendrez aussi bien sur la maintenance préventive que curative, dans un environnement exigeant et réglementé.
Les missions
- Assurer la maintenance préventive et corrective des installations techniques du site
- Diagnostiquer les pannes et réaliser les actions correctives nécessaires
- Réaliser des interventions multi-techniques (électricité, CVC, plomberie, serrurerie…)
- Effectuer des travaux de maintenance courante et de second œuvre
- Planifier, suivre et contrôler les opérations d’entretien et de maintenance
- Coordonner les interventions avec les équipes internes et les prestataires externes
- Piloter les fournisseurs, sous-traitants et entreprises extérieures
- Participer aux actions d’amélioration continue et à la fiabilisation des installations
- Garantir la qualité des interventions et la satisfaction des clients internes
- Appliquer et faire respecter les règles de qualité, sécurité et environnement

Qualifications recherchées
Titulaire d’une formation technique de type CAP/BEP, Bac Professionnel ou BTS en maintenance industrielle, électrotechnique ou domaine équivalent, vous justifiez idéalement d’une première expérience réussie en maintenance industrielle ou en maintenance des bâtiments techniques. La détention d’habilitations électriques (BR, B1V, B2V, H0V ou équivalent) est appréciée. Le permis cariste constitue également un atout.
Au-delà de vos compétences techniques, vous faites preuve d’organisation, de rigueur et d’autonomie dans la gestion de vos missions.
Doté(e) d’un bon esprit d’analyse, vous êtes capable d’identifier rapidement les causes d’un dysfonctionnement et de proposer des solutions adaptées.
Curieux(se) et force de proposition, vous contribuez à l’amélioration continue des installations et des processus.
Vous appréciez le travail en équipe et êtes reconnu(e) pour votre sens du service, votre réactivité et votre capacité à vous adapter à des environnements variés.
