Wat ga je doen?
Als Project Support Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor de administratieve en organisatorische ondersteuning van projecten. Je bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor klanten en werkt nauw samen met collega’s van verschillende afdelingen.
Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:
- Coördineren van projectopstarts en bewaken van de voortgang.
- Verzamelen, controleren en verwerken van projectdocumentatie en gegevens.
- Onderhouden van contact met klanten en interne stakeholders.
- Beheren en verwerken van informatie in verschillende systemen en databases.
- Opstellen en communiceren van planningen en tijdlijnen.
- Signaleren van knelpunten en bijdragen aan passende oplossingen.
- Ondersteunen van projectteams bij administratieve en organisatorische werkzaamheden.
- Actief meedenken over verbeteringen in processen en werkwijzen.
Wat breng je mee?

Daarnaast beschik je over:
- HBO werk- en denkniveau.
- Ervaring in een administratieve, projectondersteunende of coördinerende functie.
- Sterke vaardigheden in het werken met computersystemen en digitale tools.
- Goede kennis van Microsoft Office.
- Uitstekende beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal, mondeling en schriftelijk.
- Een scherp oog voor detail en een gestructureerde manier van werken.
