Job Summary

We are on an exciting journey to modernize the operational analytics, planning and reporting landscape using SAP tools. If you are an experienced SAP Planning and Analytics professional who has a passion for data & analytics and has worked on SAP products from start through production deployment, this job may be for you!

 


The team is seeking top notch talent that has deep knowledge and experience with the Financial Planning and Consolidations processes using new generation SAP tools like SAP Analytics Cloud for Planning and Group Reporting in S/4HANA. Responsibilities:
·    Facilitate and support SAP s xP&A and Financial Consolidation solutions to build and enhance our EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) to produce better outcomes, faster
·    Develop SAC / DWC models, HANA Live, ABAP CDS views, stories and applications. Perform modeling in Data Warehouse Cloud/Native HANA/SAC to prepare the data for planning and consolidation and for Analytics
·    Perform testing, resolve issues and work to automate testing/data validation
·    Partner with manager to analyze and define business requirements, processes and objectives to scope projects and deliverables
·    Some experience in Predictive Scenario modeling in SAC or any other tool or platform
·    Develop Embedded Analytics solutions in S/4HANA with CDS views and Fiori elements
 

Job Qualifications


The following are minimum requirements related to the Senior Planning & Analytics Specialist:


·    BS/BA degree in Business Management, Computer Science (or related field), MBA/CPA/CMA preferred
·    3+ years of experience working with SAP Bl front end tools like Analysis for Office Workbooks , Business Objects, SAC, Power Bl
·    8+ years of experience in developing Planning and Consolidations solutions using SAP tools like SAP analytics Cloud and Group Reporting or its antecedents. SAP HANA models(Calculation views, ABAP CDS views, DWC models, SAC), and data validation/testing
·    1+ year of running User Acceptance Testing cycles, validating data and training with business users and stakeholders
·    5+ years of experience working with SAP tables and relationships and building data models independently with little support from SAP functional or technical resources
·    3+ years of experience with Data Governance processes to ensure consistent implementations of data sets, terminology and reporting structures for optimal data integrity
·    1+ years working in Agile Software Development Methodology
·    Strong business mindset with ability to collaborate with business partners to identify needs and opportunities for improved data management and delivery.

 

The following are strongly desired:


·    Analytic Designer skills(scripting) in building applications in SAC
·    HR Analytics experience especially based on SuccessFactors
·    Willingness to help mature Agile practices for the team
·    Experience in Life Sciences industry with data and analytics solutions
 

Compensation Data

The pay range for this position is $110-145k USD. Please note that salaries vary within the range based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, certifications, and location
