Job Summary


We are seeking an M & A Financial Analyst, for our Corporate Development department located in Wilmington, Massachusetts.


This position is responsible for developing various types of financial models and demonstration of business acumen supporting the decision making and execution of M&A transactions and tracking performance of capital allocation decisions related to inorganic activity and strategic planning for the Company.


The following are minimum requirements related to the M & A Financial Analyst position:


  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related discipline. MBA preferred.
  • Five years related experience and/or training including prior experience with budgeting/forecasting.
  • CFA or CPA preferred.
  • Must have excellent analytical skills.  Strong working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. Project management experience is a plus. Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to listen and interact effectively with a wide range of audiences. Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships across multiple functions and levels of the organization. Detail oriented and ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives at once. Demonstrate ability to handle both strategic and tactical assignments. Self-starter with the ability to identify and proactively resolve business issues.  Ability to demonstrate critical thinking and business acumen.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.
