Les missions de notre futur Assistant RH H/F en alternance seront les suivantes :

Participer à la gestion des stages et des recrutements : remontée des besoins, diffusions des offres, pré sélections des candidatures, reporting, suivi administratif.
Participer à la gestion administrative et contractuelle du personnel : création des dossiers du personnel et des définitions de poste, suivi administratif et légal des contrats temporaires, mise à jour du SIRH.
Participer à la gestion RH de la santé au travail : suivi des indicateurs HSE, déclaration et suivi des accidents du travail, organisation des visites médicales.
Participation à la gestion administrative des relations sociales
Participation à la gestion de l'intérim

Profil recherché :

Nous recherchons un candidat enthousiaste, organisé et rigoureux, appréciant le travail d’équipe.
Une bonne maîtrise de l’anglais est un plus.
