Job Summary

 

We are seeking an Associate Quality Assurance Auditor, for our Quality Assurance Department located in Mattawan, MI.

 

This position performs with guidance and oversight by Quality Assurance (QA) auditors, performs audits of basic records and reports and inspections of routine processes to assure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, international standards, and corporate policies and procedures.

 

The following are the minimum requirements related to the Associate Quality Assurance Auditor position:

 

 

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent, preferably in a life science or related discipline.
  • 0-1 year experieonce (this is an entry-level/training position).
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, Access, Excel).  Demonstrated ability to comprehend regulations and guidance documents and apply critical thinking skills to evaluate requirements.  Must be detail-oriented and able to effectively communicate findings verbally and in writing all levels inside and outside the organization.
  • Computer skills, commensurate with Essential Functions, including the ability to learn a validated system.
  • Ability to work extended hours beyond normal work schedule to include, but not limited to evenings, weekends, extended shifts, and/or extra shifts; sometimes on short notice.
  • Ability to work under specific time constraints.
