Shipping and Receiving Associate (m/w/d)

 


Unterstütze uns bei:
 

  • der reibungslosen Abwicklung aller eingehender Prüfsubstanzen und Waren im GMP-regulierten Umfeld
  • der Abwicklung von Formalitäten mit den Transportunternehmen und Kurierdiensten
  • der Organisation und Verwaltung des zentralen Warenlagers (Bestellung, Erfassung, Ausgabe) und Aufrechterhaltung des Warenbestandes
  • der reibungslosen Versendung von Waren und Dokumenten
  • der Vorbereitung und Abwicklung von Gefahrgutsendungen als Gefahrgutbeauftragte*r 
  • der Unterstützung der operativen Einheiten als Zentrale Anlaufstelle für Versand & Logistik
  • der Beantwortung von Fragen zu Zollbestimmungen und Problemen bei der Ein- & Ausfuhr der zu verschickenden Materialien, Prüfsubstanzen, Geräte, etc. (nach entsprechend erfolgten Schulungen)
