Nous sommes à la recherche d’un.e ingénieur mécanique et énergie principal d’expérience pour supporter nos sites globaux.

 

Dans ce rôle, les principales responsabilités incluront:

  • Fournir un soutien technique spécialisé dans le domaine de l’ingénierie mécanique, des services publics et de l’économie d’énergie pour les nouvelles installations et les rénovations importantes pendant les phases de programmation, d’élaboration de la conception, d’examen des soumissions, de construction et de mise en service/validation;
  • Fournir une expertise en ingénierie (CVC, automatisation/BMS, CQV électrique, GxP et maintenance) pour soutenir les opérations mondiales en cours;
  • Travailler de manière indépendante en tant qu’expert en ingénierie pour fournir un dépannage sur demande afin de développer des solutions techniques pour les questions d’utilité mécanique, de sécurité et d’utilisation de l’énergie ayant un impact sur les opérations;
  • Soutenir les efforts de conception de l’ingénierie mondiale dans l’exécution des projets d’investissement et le soutien des opérations des installations;
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les chefs de projet et la direction locale du site pour coordonner les efforts de conception et compiler les exigences du propriétaire en conformité avec les lignes directrices en matière de conception, de mise en service, de validation et de livraison opérationnelle de projets d’investissement à grande échelle, de manière à ce que les objectifs du projet soient atteints;
  • Examiner la conception des systèmes MEP pour les projets de rénovation immobilière ou de construction de nouveaux bâtiments en agissant de manière indépendante en tant que représentant principal du groupe d’ingénierie mondial;
  • Effectuer des examens détaillés des dossiers de conception A&E en tant qu’expert pour les systèmes d’installations et assurer la direction de l’équipe, l’ingénierie de la valeur et le soutien technique pour des projets indépendants sur le site, selon les besoins;
  • Aider les sites à réaliser des évaluations énergétiques internes sur les équipements et les opérations liés aux installations et soutenir le portefeuille de projets d’économie d’énergie.
  • Présenter des projets d’énergie et d’optimisation réussis et faciliter leur reproduction;
  • Générer des appels d’offres, évaluer les propositions et faire des recommandations à la direction;
  • Alerter les problèmes qui se développent et qui nécessitent une intervention ou une surveillance de la part de la direction. Planifier et mettre en œuvre les actions appropriées ou les contre-mesures nécessaires;
  • Travailler dans un environnement mondial avec la capacité d’influencer les résultats des activités techniques.

Éléments Clés

Les qualifications minimales recherchées pour ce poste sont les suivants :

  • Baccalauréat en génie mécanique ou équivalent;
  • Être membre de l’Ordre des ingénieurs de la province de votre résidence;
  • 7 à 10 ans d’expérience générale dans le domaine des systèmes mécaniques et des services publics dans l’industrie des sciences de la vie (pharmacie, biotechnologie ou R&D);
  • 7 à 10 ans d’expérience dans l’identification, la définition et la mise en œuvre de projets d’économie d’énergie, y compris la gestion du programme d’économie d’énergie; 
  • Une combinaison équivalente de formation et d’expérience peut être acceptée comme substitut satisfaisant à la formation et à l’expérience spécifiques énumérées ci-dessus;
  • Capacité à travailler dans un environnement de production et à communiquer efficacement avec le personnel de maintenance du site pour résoudre les problèmes techniques sur place et à distance;
  • Capacité à développer des programmes multi-sites et à les communiquer à la direction, à obtenir l’approbation et à gérer/faciliter la mise en œuvre;
  • Capacité à analyser les performances et à dépanner les systèmes de vapeur, d’eau glacée, de CVC, d’air comprimé, d’eau et les grands utilisateurs de services publics. Évaluer les options permettant d’optimiser la consommation d’énergie;
  • Avoir une connaissance approfondie de la fonctionnalité des documents de construction (spécifications et dessins) et de l’industrie de la construction en général;
  • Compréhension approfondie de l’équipement des installations, y compris les chaudières, les refroidisseurs, les systèmes de chauffage, de ventilation et de climatisation, l’automatisation des bâtiments et les systèmes automatisés de nettoyage et d’aseptisation;
  • Aptitude avérée à réussir dans un environnement international. Capacité à présenter des initiatives et à communiquer avec des dirigeants; 
  • Bonne connaissance pratique des codes du bâtiment, des bonnes pratiques de laboratoire (BPL), des bonnes pratiques de fabrication (BPF), de l’AAALAC, de la FDA/UE et des exigences et lignes directrices réglementaires du gouvernement; 
  • Compétences efficaces en communication écrite et orale en Anglais;
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets, à établir des priorités et à respecter les délais; 
  • Déplacements occasionnels à l’intérieur et à l’extérieur du pays.
