Analist Bioanalyse (LC-MS/MS)
Afdeling:
Met bijna 30 medewerkers is onze Discovery site een toegewijde groep die zich richt op farmacokinetische en farmacologische studies om de pathofysiologie van neurologische aandoeningen beter te begrijpen.
Team:
Als Analist Bioanalyse bij Charles River Discovery kom je te werken in een collegiaal team. Iedereen staat voor elkaar klaar en naast dat er hard wordt gewerkt, is ook ruimte voor gezelligheid. Je werkt binnen jouw team zelfstandig en met elkaar aan de verschillende studies aan analysemethoden voor pre-klinisch onderzoek. Daarnaast spreek je regelmatig met de Study Directors van de site over het verloop van de studies.
Over je rol:
Je werkt op de afdeling Bioanalyse (non-GLP) in een collegiaal team van analisten dat verantwoordelijk is voor LS-MS/MS analyses van potentiële nieuwe geneesmiddelen in uiteenlopende monsters (microdialysaat, CSF, plasma, serum, volbloed, weefsels). Hierbij worden verschillende monster voorbewerkingstechnieken gebruikt. Je werkt samen continu aan het implementeren en optimaliseren van bestaande en nieuwe technieken.
Primaire werkzaamheden:
• Het voorbereiden, uitvoeren en rapporteren van analytische data;
• Het ontwikkelen van analyse methodes voor nieuwe teststoffen of biomarkers;
• Het beheer van apparatuur en materialen die bij ons onderzoek gebruikt worden;
• Het uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op bioanalyse data.
Jouw profiel:
• Je bent een teamspeler die graag met je collega’s meedenkt en het teamresultaat net zo belangrijk vindt als je eigen doelen;
• Je hebt een relevante en afgeronde opleiding op minimaal HBO niveau;
• Je hebt ervaring in kwantitatieve analyse met LC-MS/MS;
• Ervaring met het ontwikkelen van methodes voor zowel kleine als grote moleculen is een pré;
• Goede communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden;
• Je hebt een kritische werkhouding, zet kwaliteit voorop en neemt graag het initiatief.
