Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technology & Market Development Manager  for our Microbial Solutions Team in North America.  The Senior Technology & Market Development Manager will work closely with Microbial Solutions Account Managers to achieve defined business targets and to work cohesively as a team to provide excellence in service to clients. This is an ideal opportunity for microbiological QC lab managers and experienced microbiological QC scientists as well as for successful Account Managers with a keen interest in technology & market development.

 

This is a remote position that can be located anywhere with the U.S. or Canada.  


The following are the responsibilities related to the Senior Technologist & Development Manager:

  • Deliver high level industry and product expertise and convey technical leadership and direction. 
  • Analyze the strategies of our key accounts and help prepare and deliver insightful presentations.
  • Partner with Product Management & Strategic Marketing teams to support market analysis, product development, and training. 
  • The Technology & Market Development Specialist should be able to think strategically and outside the box. 
  • Furthermore, you should be highly self-motivated, impact player - who takes pride in being our Portfolio Champion.

 

The following are minimum requirements related to the Senior Technology & Market Development Manager position:

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A. /B.S.)  in scientific field (microbiology or related discipline).
  • Minimum 8 years’ of relevant industry experience (Pharma/Biotechnology); or an equivalent combination of education & experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the experience listed.
