Job Summary

 

We are seeking a Specialist, Quality Enterprise Systems for our Quality Systems Department located in Wilmington, MA.

 

This position is responsible for the development, validation, deployment and management of the Quality Enterprise Systems (QES) applications, including the quality and document management systems used across Charles River.  Work with cross-functional teams to prepare sites for implementation, provide training and support throughout the life of the system. 

 

The following are the minimum qualifications related to the Specialist, Quality Enterprise Systems  position:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.S. /B.A.) or equivalent in computer science or a related discipline or equivalent experience
  • Two to four years of experience in document management processes in a regulated environment.
  • Knowledge of cGMP and GLP regulations preferred. Must have a broad and in-depth background with the understanding of document management and quality auditing processes.
  • Must be able to communicate with essential personnel from all business sectors. Proficiency in computer-based word processing, spreadsheet and presentation applications required.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.
