Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sr. HR Business Partner to support our Information Technology Group.  This position will be located in Wilmington, MA. 

 

The Sr. HR Business Partner will provide full cycle Human Resources support, partnering with business leaders in areas such as talent acquisition, talent development, change management, organizational development, performance management, retention, and compensation administration.  A few key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Leads IT leadership team through global Talent Reviews to identify talent, successors for key positions and development of robust development plans
  • Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues
  • Partner with compensation to analyze salary data to insure competitiveness and equity
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition team to oversee recruitment and selection of candidates

 

The following are minimum requirements related to the Sr. HR Business Partner position.

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent in human resources management, business administration, or related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years related experience
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above
  • Prior experience partnering with IT professionals
  • Proven experience supporting talent management and engagement initiatives to promote a culture of development
  • Experience creating metrics and analyzing data to track progress of various programs.  Experience with SuccessFactors preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to earn trust as a consultative partner
  • Previous experience with local, state and federal employment regulations
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidential and privacy safeguards
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines in a complex, high-paced environment
  • PHR/SPHR certification preferred
