Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Change Management Professional for our Information Technology group. The senior change professional role will be focused on sizing complex change efforts and building multi-phases plans to enable the adoption of solutions to prioritized business problems.
 

ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Completing work assignments as fast as possible to the quality necessary
  • Participating in a high-performance team

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Agrees goals for role with manager
  • Performs work assignments given by manger, to the quality required and in the agreed time
  • Drives ongoing improvements in the value delivered by the adoption practice
  • Reports performance metrics for role to manager
  • Utilizes and refines the adoption methodology
  • Builds plans that support business adoption of complex, multi-phases and/or cross-business solutions to prioritized business problems
  • Assesses change impact of complex solutions
  • Supports training efforts
  • Gives direction to more junior team members or consultants as needed on larger/complex adoption efforts
  • Acts in the best interest of the company and is a steward of company assets

 

The following are minimum qualifications related to the Senior Change Management Professional position:

 

Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent in business administration, organizational development, behavior, change management, communications or related discipline.  Master’s degree (M.A./M.S.) or equivalent strongly preferred.

 

Experience: Minimum 7 years related experience in people and change transformation, organizational development, project delivery work or a combination of the above.

 

Other:

  • Managing WIP (including reducing multi-tasking
  • Communication skills – oral and written
  • Giving feedback to manager, peers and team members
  • Customer service skills
  • Expert knowledge of methodologies and tools relevant to change, including application of these for various situations
  • Understanding of regulations applicable to adoption services (GxP, SOX, GDPR, etc)
  • Personal Skills:
    • Ability to “connect the dots” across a complex program of adoption needs
    • Excellent facilitation and active listening skills
    • Desire for working in highly collaborative environment
       

Certification/Licensure: Change management certification strongly preferred.
