Job Summary

 

We are seeking a Regulatory Affairs Specialist, for our Regulatory Affairs Department located in Wilmington, Massachusetts.

 

 

This position is responsible for supporting the Director, Associate Director or Manager of Regulatory Affairs with providing various business units with regulatory intelligence and proof of compliance requests. Assist Management with establishing and sustaining Regulatory Affairs as a comprehensive source for global regulatory information to increase regulatory compliance, manage regulatory risk and make informed regulatory decisions.

 

 

The following are minimum requirements related to the Regulatory Affairs Specialist position:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent in scientific or business related discipline. 
  • 1-2 years related experience in a Parmaceutical/ Botechnological/ Mdical Dece related industry in the area of regulatory compliance. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence.  Excellent English grammar is a must. Ability to multi-task and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize and re-evaluate priorities as situations change. Experience creating and maintaining databases. Working knowledge of computer software (MS Office, MS Project, Excel, and database experience). Technical writing skills and up to date knowledge of social media tools, best practices and how other organizations and companies are using new media.
