Job Summary

We are seeking a Manager, Procurement Systems for our Global Procurement Team located Wilmington, MA.

 

The following are responsibilities related to the Manager, Procurement Systems:

  • Obtain and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all e-procurement system modules and related processes to serve as a subject matter expert.
  • Administer and resolve system issues such as order distribution failures, import/export errors, and requisition workflow issues.
  • Administer resolve supplier registrations and on-boarding requests.
  • Support system functionality, workflows, and user interface projects (including catalog management) to support the comprehensive Procure To Pay lifecycle.
  • Work with global procurement and IT staff to support product dashboards, configuration changes, workflows, reporting, and supplier enablement. This will include testing of all processes (functional, regression and acceptance).
  • Assist or lead the implementation of new procurement solutions, modules and technology projects.
  • Assist in meeting with business and/or technology owners to gather information to determine business requirements, project parameters and specifications.
  • Assist with end user training materials.
  • Provide complex analysis of systems issues and recommend solutions.
  • Assess systems pertaining to M&A activity and recommend solutions and manage integration.
  • Perform system testing to validate new development and designs.
  • Proficient in writing P2P process and support guides and solutions for procurement and end users. Support cost savings tracking
  • Support collection, consolidation, analysis and reporting of Procurement data metrics
  • Support all Procurement reporting requests.

 

The following are minimum qualifications related to the Manager, Procurement Systems position:

  • Education:  Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent in Supply Chain or Business Administration, MBA a plus.
  • Experience:  Five to seven years related experience and/or training.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.
  • Certification/Licensure:  Certified Professional in Supply Management preferred.
  • Experience with SAP required. Experience with Ariba or Jaggaer preferred.
