Job Summary

•    Acting as IT M&A Integration Technical lead overseeing the initial IT integration planning and execution from beginning to end.
•    Accountable for collaborating and consulting with other IT practices to support technical solution development and deployment 
•    Develop IT M&A best practice and working playbook to collaborate with other IT colleagues to build regional/internal knowledge.
•    Creating the initial integration project milestones, interdependencies and communication plans.
•    Working with M&A portfolio manager to ensure allocation and prioritization of shared resources.
•    Defining infrastructure transition plans, activities and contingency plans.
•    Responsible for managing vendor/partner relationship required for M&A IT infrastructure work
•    Responsible for managing the procurement and financial forecasting/budget for M&A IT infrastructure work 
•    Responsible for integrating the M&A infrastructure assets into CRL including contracts and licensing
•    Perform all other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent in computer science, engineering, or related discipline. 

Experience: Minimum of ten (10) years related IT experience
•    Effective communication skills for large, multi-national audiences.
•    Experience leading and influencing IT Infrastructure initiatives and integration activities
•    Experience of building and managing effective stakeholder relationships at different levels of an organization.
•    Thorough knowledge of IT concepts, strategies and methodologies.  Knowledge of the interdependencies of infrastructure environment.
•    Competent to work with multidisciplinary infrastructure leaders to drive a technical strategy, while also participating in application strategy definition and roadmap.
•    Strong knowledge of business functions and good understanding of business operations, strategies and objectives.
