Job Summary

We are seeking an Environment, Health Safety and Sustainability (EHS&S) Intern for our Corporate EHS&S group located at our Wilmington, MA site. As an EHS&S Intern, you will collaborate with the Global EHS&S team, operations, engineering, and procurement groups to support global initiatives for the strategic EHS&S priorities of the organization. Your work will help develop and launch more efficient platforms to collect and report data analytics and assist you with acquiring skills to promote and integrate EHS&S performance data into business operational decisions.

The EHS&S Intern will be responsible for:
•    Collection of data to build EH&S KPI business dashboards
•    Format and edit Global EHS&S business operating procedures
•    Supporting Energy conservation project tracking
•    Collating organizational data for greenhouse gas carbon emissions reporting
•    Assisting in the development of audit and leading indicator tracking tools to assess compliance
•    Creation of a Global supply chain questionnaire response document
•    Update Global EHS&S Sharepoint site 
•    Other EHS&S tasks as assigned

The following are the minimum requirements related to the EHS&S Intern position.
•    Student currently enrolled in an accredited college/university degree program pursuing a BS/BA, pursuing a degree in Safety Management, Environmental Science or similar degree (preferred)
•    Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, especially familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Teams and Sharepoint. Experience with Business Intelligence and Smartsheets a plus.
•    Minimum GPA of 3.0
•    Effective attention to detail skills and ability to work in a team environment
•    Ability to fulfill a Summer Internship during the May-August 2020 time frame
