Job Summary
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of global commercial billing documents and adhere to all related practices and policies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
⦁ Provide support to global businesses on all invoicing and contracts-based billing milestones.
⦁ Execute the timely administration of commercial documents related to global billing and invoicing jobs.
⦁ Facilitate follow up calls or correspondence to internal and external clients that have not expedited the execution of contract billing documentation.
⦁ Work with study monitors at all global locations to ensure billing milestones have been achieved prior to invoicing.
⦁ Assist with commercial invoicing via E-Commerce Platforms related to electronic billing portals
⦁ Investigate and assist in the resolution of client invoice disputes.
⦁ Prepare and mail client statements and invoices.
⦁ Maintain accurate notes on all departmental documentation.
⦁ Work with global divisional finance staff to address client billings and questions.
⦁ Recommend techniques to improve productivity, increase efficiencies, cut costs, take advantage of opportunities, and maintain state-of-the-art practices.
⦁ Assist Corporate Collections Department with the collection of overdue invoices as needed. Prepare Proforma invoices
⦁ Prepare a variety of reports as requested.
⦁ Perform the management of PO Submissions in box and distribute accordingly.
⦁ Perform all other related duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
⦁ Education: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (G.E.D) or equivalent in a related discipline.
⦁ Experience: Minimum 4 to 6 years related experience required. Prior experience in a contract research/pharmaceutical setting preferred.
⦁ An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.
⦁ Certification/Licensure: None.
⦁ Other: Must be proficient in the use of desktop applications (word processing, spreadsheets, and databases). Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce is preferred.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
⦁ Must regularly operate a computer and occasionally operate other office productivity machinery such as a calculator, copy machine, computer, printer, fold and envelop machine.
⦁ Must regularly communicate with employees/clients and must be able to exchange accurate information verbally and in writing.
⦁ Must occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
⦁ General office working conditions, the noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.
Compensation Data
The pay range for this position is $21.50-$26.50 HR. Please note that salaries vary within the range based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, and location.
