Long Description

We are seeking a Corporate Accounting Manager to our Corporate site located in Wilmington, MA. 


The Corporate Accounting Manager will support the Finance group by:

  • Align, establish and manage monthly and quarterly close schedules, deliverables and related meetings with internal partners to review financial results
  • Ensure timely completion proper quality of month end close activities including: accounting entries, balance sheet reconciliations, key income statement analysis, and review meetings
  • Prepare monthly reporting packages and presentations for senior leadership review
  • Establish and maintain strong business partnerships with key counterparts including: external reporting, accounting, shared services, tax, financial planning and analysis and business finance owners.
  • Ensure adequate and timely touch points with the business and Technical Accounting team to identify and properly record accruals and other more complex revenue and accounting transactions

  • Possess strong internal controls background and ability to support compliance with internal control frameworks and company policies

  • Possess knowledge of accounting concepts, strong analytical skills and industry knowledge to review issues and develop standards and policies

  • Manage processes to implement financial initiatives and policies to improve operational performance

  • Support the quarterly reviews and the annual audit process with the internal and external auditors

  • Support the SEC Filings, audit committee and other financial presentations as needed

  • Manage related SOX controls and processes

  • Additional duties as required


The following are minimum qualification for the Corporate Accounting Manager position. 

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS)  or equivalent in finance or related discipline. 
  • Six years related experience with at least 3 of the required years with a national CPA firm. Experience with a Big Four certified public accounting firm is preferred. Experience with international accounting and financial reporting required. 
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above. 
  • Master's degree (MBA) and/or CPA preferred. 
  • Travel required

They partner with their colleagues across the company to develop and drive strategies and to set global standards.
