The Business Process Engineer (BPE) is a subject matter expert on the topics of business process design, analysis, and transformation.  The ideal candidate is someone who has completed an Industrial Engineering course of study and has 2 years or more of work experience.  Industrial Engineering is an interdisciplinary profession that is concerned with the optimization of complex processes, systems, and organizations. The BPE role will leverage prior experience and skills to apply technical and business knowledge to lead groups through problem discovery, quantifying business problems, process mapping, organizing information into models and flows for analysis and problem-solving. The BPE will receive their work assignments from the BTP Practice Leader and will work both independently and with others to complete work assignments.
