Job Summary

We are seeking a talented, experienced Compensation professional to join our global Total Rewards team located in Wilmington, MA.  In this role, you'll serve as the compensation business partner to multiple global client groups, providing targeted analyses, program design and consultation.  Additionally, you'll support the global organization by managing multiple global compensation programs and processes, participating in M&A integration activities, and you may be involved in broader Total Rewards projects in the areas of Recognition and/or Benefits. You'll conduct various competitive analyses, including but not limited to evaluation of salaries, short-term incentives and long-term incentives (equity) to ensure that the company can meet talent acquisition and retention objectives.

The following are the key responsibilities and minimum qualifications related to the Senior Manager, Compensation.

• Providing analysis and consultation to your client groups on salary and incentive compensation issues in support of recruitment, M&A, transfers, reorgs, career pathing, etc.
• Developing, documenting, communicating and implementing new compensation programs and processes, ensuring a solid focus on project timelines, change management, and effective communication.
• Project managing several global and/or regional compensation projects, including, but not limited to annual incentive plans, annual salary increases, market benchmarking, etc.
• Conducting job evaluations and benchmarking positions as needed.
• Working with communications team to develop and implement compensation training and communication materials, and delivering related informational sessions.
• Ensuring compliance with FLSA and other relevant local laws and regulations.

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent, preferably in a related field
• 8+ years of progressive, related Compensation experience, including experience developing incentive and managing compensation programs and processes across an organization
o Experience with global compensation (US and outside US) is strongly preferred
o Public company experience a plus
o Experience in the life sciences a plus
• Experience with SuccessFactors a plus.
• Experience and understanding of other areas of HR a strong plus.
• CCP and/or PHR strongly preferred.
