Digital Experience Specialist, Website Personalization

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Digital Experience Specialist, Website Personalization for our customer-facing website. This position will work within our Corporate Marketing Department in Wilmington, MA.

This position will work with the strategic marketing teams and use various technologies to enhance the user experience for the company's public website for over a million users a year. Focusing on the personalization and localization of our web content, he or she will use audience data and craft it into personalized experiences for customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Track, analyze, and understand visitor behavior on the website
• Work closely with strategic teams to conceive, design, implement, and operationalize personalization campaigns to support their business objectives
• Monitor and analyze performance of these campaigns to inform strategic decisions and identify opportunities for impactful content personalization
• Work to enhance our personalization efforts through continuous advancements of our customer segmentation and message orchestration using A/B tests and best practices
• Stay abreast of the latest technology advancements and offer new insights to our business partners on how to drive business value with the tools we have (e.g., Acquia Lift, Drupal) as well as through tool enhancements and new tools
• Serve as a resource for users of our web personalization tool (Acquia Lift)
• Also implement localization and translation strategy to support business objectives
• Assist with other web-related projects as needed, prioritizing amongst a portfolio of projects to improve value creation

Qualifications
• Minimum of two years related experience along with a BS/BA degree
• Strong background in audience segmentation, personalization, and user experience optimization
• Also have an understanding of website best practices, emerging digital trends, and SEO
• Experience with web experimentation and strategies for improving conversion on websites
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting scheduled deadlines
• Be detail oriented with analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Experience operating Drupal or similar content management systems required
• Personalization software experience required, Acquia Lift preferred
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Writing and/or editing experience a plus
• Familiarity with Chicago Manual of Style a plus
