Job Summary

Works with the Marketing Team to identify opportunities for customer engagement and lead nurturing. Develops overall strategy and content for the website, email communications and webinars to maximize the brand presentation and consumer experience as well as support the integrated internet marketing strategy for the company. Works with the development team to implement and test new features/functionality for the website, webinars, email communication. Oversees utilization of web governance tools to help streamline customer interactions and increase organic search engine rankings as well as works to integrate and ensure compatibility between the website (CMS), CRM, content and email marketing platforms. Forms online content partnerships, measures web usage/trends and manages vendor relationships. Manages all content creation and updates in a timely manner.

 

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Client Engagement Coordinator for our site in Wilmington, MA or Mattawan, MI. 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  

  • Plan, develop and implement programs to generate marketing qualified leads with assistance from Client Engagement Coordinator through frequent customer contact and prospecting.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales managers to develop telemarketing campaigns. Work and maintain a cooperative relationship with the sales team to optimize the conversion to sales qualified leads when outside of scope, domain or function.
  • Assign qualified warm/hot leads to sales team through CRM (SalesForce) tool, and create opportunities at the identify/qualify stage from executed marketing initiatives. Utilize SalesForce to monitor opportunity status progression.
  • As needed, assist the Sales team with new territory penetration and increase co-travel appointments.
  • Create and manage lead acquisition campaigns, monitor performance, evaluate effectiveness, quantify ROI and optimize for future projects.
  • Optimize lead nurturing programs for inbound and outbound marketing initiatives through email content and other digital channels with the direction of Marketing Manager.
  • May follow up on of site traffic leads to SEO/SEM initiatives, dedicated landing pages, content marketing and perform calls to action.  May assist with Live Chats.
  • As needed, follow up on leads from Pardot Campaigns. May create Pardot Engagement studios and content, with the direction of Marketing Manager.
  • Ensure a competent and professional image to the customer and an accurate portrayal of business strategies both on the phone, email and at customer events.
  • Maintain a constant working knowledge of all company product lines.
  • May update and assist business specific catalog and marketing materials with direction provided by Marketing Manager.
  • Follow up and qualify cold leads from Tradeshows, Webinars, Seminars, Symposiums and Increase attendance as needed.
  • May assist in local language support for marketing materials.Participate in Global Sales meetings as required.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.A. / B.S.) in a scientific field (Biology, Animal / Life Sciences) and communications, business, marketing, or related discipline. Working knowledge of public relations, events, and advertising procedures.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience within a life science environment (e.g., biotech, pharmaceutical, a medical device company, hospital, lab) highly preferred
  • Experience:   2-4 years directly-related marketing communications experience and inside sales experience, including experience handling multiple projects. Sales Force experience preferred.
