Our ability to discover antibodies against challenging pMHC, pathogen toxins, GPCR and Ion Channel targets, as well as a novel high-throughput discovery of CAR-T, has resulted in the growth of our antibody discovery business.
We are seeking a candidate with knowledge in the fields of Immunology, molecular Immunology and antibody discovery. This position will lead a team driving the experimental design and execution of research in antibody discovery, cell biology, immunology and assay development.  Major responsibilities will include working with internal teams and external partners to define and interrogate relevant biology and antibody mechanism of action, to enable lead candidate selection with the goal of developing novel therapeutic approaches.

  • Work closely with internal and external research partners on the design and execution of antibody discovery campaigns
  • Supervise and mentor a team of 2-4 direct reports committed to delivering IND-enabling packages in support of these targets
