Job Summary

We are seeking a Global Marketing Manager based out of our Corporate headquarters in Wilmington, Massachusetts.

 

The following are the responsibilities and minimum qualifications for this role:

 

Design develop and implement Global preclinical marketing strategies to support business goals and objectives, execute tactical plans, analyze key results and report on outcomes. Identify new opportunities to optimize positioning and increase market share.

  • Work with commercial and operational partners to establish and implement strategies, portfolio development plans, positioning and messaging plans consistent with both corporate and business unit branding platforms.
  • Lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Develop, implement, track and optimize digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
  • Plan, execute and report on digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising based on in depth analysis of data, insights and customer behavior.
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Communicate strategy, provide direction and leadership to support teams and subject matter experts to drive objectives and key results and ROI (value).
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Research and analyze customer behavior to define and identify major factors influencing the buying process.
  • Manage the planning, organization and execution of marketing materials, brochures, in support of company wide services, in alignment with other marketing team members.
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Participate in vision, strategy, organization and execution of corporate trade shows with a customer-centric focus on driving user experience, digital engagement and outcomes.
  • Conduct regular sales trade show and market insight trips, including customer field travel with representatives.
  • Participate in design, development and implementation of sales training programs.
  • Working with Business Analytics and Clients Services, prepare detailed competitive market analyses and strategic options to grow marketing share including modeling of alternative business scenarios.
  • Identify and create synergistic marketing programs that cross product and business unit lines.
  • Identify value added opportunities to strengthen financial performance of business. Develop valued-based pricing models.
  • Participate in vendor selection management in the execution of marketing objectives.

 

The following are minimum requirements related to the Global Marketing Manager position.

 

Education:  Bachelor’s Degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent in marketing or related discipline.  Digital marketing background preferred with Sales Force and Pardot experience and strong analytical skills with data-driven thinking. MBA preferred.
Experience:  Minimum 5 years proven experience with agile and digital marketing, marketing analytics, and/or related experience or equivalent in a combination of product management, communications and business management positions within a technical environment (e.g., biotech, pharmaceutical,or laboratory).
