Job Summary

 

Perform accounting and clerical tasks related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions.  

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities


•    Able to work in a fast-paced environment, while processing large volumes of invoices
•    Knowledge in full procure to pay cycle is required, will work closely with the Global Procurement Team as well as CRL location receivers
•    SAP or Oracle experience preferred
•    Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required
•    Knowledge in European payables and VAT knowledge is beneficial
•    Flexible with day-to-day activities
•    Comfortable working within a large Global Accounts Payable team

Job Qualifications

•    Education:  High school diploma or General Education Degree (G.E.D).  Associate’s degree (A.A./A.S.) in Business or Accounting preferred.
•    Experience:  1-3 years of accounts payable and general accounting experience.
•    An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.
•    Certification/Licensure:  None
•    Other:  Proficiency in data entry and the use of electronic spreadsheets required,  SAP experience preferred
