Job Summary

Project Administration (PA) is een onderdeel van de afdeling Project Administration & Support (PAS). PA zorgt voor het eerste contact met de klant, voordat werkzaamheden binnen Charles River worden uitgevoerd. Je zorgt voor een efficiënte coördinatie van projecten in samenwerking met accountmanagers, financiën, studieleiders, planners en andere betrokken afdelingen. Een PA-medewerker zorgt voor de invoer van studie gerelateerde data en klantgegevens in diverse databases. 
Je taken:
•    Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstarten en coördineren van projecten;
•    Klantcontact om alle benodigde documenten en materialen op te vragen;
•    Controleren en verwerken van geleverde informatie;
•    Interne organisatie tijdig van de juiste informatie en materialen voorzien;
•    Vastleggen en beheren van bedrijfsdata in diverse systemen;
•    Rapporteren van bedrijfsdata;
•    Leveren van planningen van de studies aan klanten;
Je profiel:
•    Enige jaren werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie en/of affiniteit met laboratoriumwerkzaamheden;
•    Relevante opleiding op HBO/HLO niveau;
•    Je bent accuraat, proactief en stressbestendig;
•    Je kunt snel schakelen/aanpassen en problemen oplossen;
•    Je bent klantgericht en altijd bezig met verbeteringen;
•    Makkelijk omgaan en leren werken met diverse computersystemen;
•    Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Engels.

Charles River is committed to helping our partners expedite their preclinical drug development with exceptional safety assessment services, state-of-the-art facilities and expert regulatory guidance. From individual specialty toxicology and IND enabling studies to tailored packages and total laboratory support, our deeply experienced team can design and execute programs that anticipate challenges and avoid roadblocks for a smooth, efficient journey to market.  Each year approximately 300 investigational new drug (IND) programs are conducted in our Safety Assessment facilities.
