Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Analyst I-Site Services for our Safety Assessment site located in Reno, NV. This position can be located at other Charles River locations. 

 

The main responsibilities of the IT Analyst I-Site Services is to assist in requirements gathering, break/fix analysis, problem resolution research, queue monitoring, root cause analysis, site communication planning, content development for incident knowledge base, training materials, and coordination of support services, and request management.


The following are minimum requirements related to the IT Analyst I-Site Services position.
•    Education: Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent in computer science or related discipline.
•    Experience: 0 to 1 year of relate IT experience.
•    An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.
•    Certification/Licensure: None.
•    Other: Requires good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. Experience as a technician or intern preferred.
