We offer the industry's most comprehensive drug discovery service portfolio and a multidisciplinary staff of hundreds of scientists. We have the scientific excellence and technological capabilities to support our clients throughout the drug development life cycle, from target identification to IND programs. Our team takes a true collaborative approach working in partnership with clients to find and follow the optimum path to market while moving forward together to bring novel therapies to the patients who need them

What you'll be doing:

 

As an experienced Human Resource Generalist, you will provide HR guidance and support for assigned business areas.

  • You will be responsible for all employee lifecycle activities such as performance management, reward and recognition, engagement and other HR related projects.
  • Reporting to the Associate Director, Human Resources and working as part of a team which includes recruitment, payroll and finance and global peers within HR. 
  • You will work with leadership teams to ensure HR policies and practices are consistently applied.
  • Acting as coach and partnering with key stakeholders to proactively balancing organisational needs across your business area.
  • Analyse and present HR data to identify key HR trends and look for continuous improvement opportunities.


 
 

Essential Skills and Experience:

 

•    CIPD level 5 or equivalent.
•    Extensive experience as a generalist with comprehensive knowledge of employment practices for the UK.
•    Must possess excellent interpersonal communication and influencing skills.
•    Must be fluent in English; both oral and written.  
•    Must have demonstrated skills in change management and organisational development.
•    Solid working knowledge of MS office is essential and knowledge of using SAP and Success Factors would be preferable.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

 

•    Experience in leading early careers programmes would be advantageous.
