Job Summary

The Facilities Project Manager will be responsible for managing small and large facility projects. They will be responsible for overall project oversight and will work closely with Quality, Quality Control, Compliance, Operations and Facilities Team to ensure delivery of project milestones without by impact to the site operations. This employee will consult and advise upper management on project status and report issues that may affect ultimate results.


• Main point of customer contact for project related activities and involves managing the execution of the customer's requirements as per an agreed upon program of activities

• Responsible for overall project knowledge and execution according to agreed, upon deliverables and timelines.

• Ensure meeting minutes, agendas, timelines, trackers and other tools are utilized to the benefit of the customer (Internal and External) projects.

• Create and draft invoices and work records for project deliverables.

• Create and drive change controls.

• Support as need Facilities Maintenance Corrective and Preventative Action (CAPA’s)

• Collaborate with other groups, activities necessary to ensure project requirements are met

• Develop, coordinate, and track contractual specific client projects through the entire project life cycle

• Evaluate, highlight, and escalate unresolved issues, potential barriers to project progression, and resources constraints to supervisor.

Job Qualifications


• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in life sciences or related field with 3-10 years related experience in the pharmaceutical industry

• Experience work with BMRAM and quality systems.

• Prior CMO/CDMO project management experience is highly desired

• Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities

• Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and MS Project

• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with a background in customer facing roles

• Above average organizational skills with the ability to service and maintain a large customer base

• Physical Requirements: Individual may be required to sit, stand, walk regularly and occasionally lift 0-15 pounds.

• Specific vision requirements including reading of written documents and use of computer monitor screen frequently.
