Job Summary

 

We are seeking an experienced Research Scientist in Infusion for our Study Director Team in Mattawan MI.

 

Research Scientist in Infusion is responsible for: supporting the Infusion department by leading various model development efforts and assists in validation of new procedures and processes. This will include, but not be limited to, refinements in infusion procedures, completing the testing/validation of new models/data systems, and reporting/presenting project data to Study Director, internal staff, sponsors and externally at conferences, being subject matter expert in infusion and electronic data capture system (Provantis).

 

The following are minimum requirements related to the Research Scientist in Infusion position:

 

  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree or equivalent in Toxicology or a related discipline with 4 or more years of relevant experience (depending on educational background) in conducting toxicological research and/or a strong background in an area of specialization; contract research organization expereince preferred.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize daily workload and work towards achieving the company goals.
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing at all levels inside and outside the organization. 
  • Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Computer Skills, commensurate with Essential Functions, including the ability to learn a validated system.
  • Ability to work extended hours beyond normal work schedule to include, but not limited to evenings, weekends, extended shifts, and/or extra shifts; sometimes on short notice.
  • Ability to work under specific time constraints.
