We are seeking a Client Account Coordinator for our Biologics Testing Solutions site located in Malvern, PA.


Coordinate new and existing customer activities including internal and external communications for routine and moderately complex projects, administrate laboratory business process such as project tracking, collection and reporting of billing information, and report of key performance indicators.


The following are minimum requirements related to the Client Account Coordinator position.


  • Build customer relationships by identifying customer needs, coordinating services, monitoring customer trends, and managing expectations, including new order confirmation, timeline verification and updates, resource usage updates, in-project communications as needed, scheduling of meetings, and finalizing of final reports.
  • Monitor, make recommendations, and develop solutions for any roadblocks that would inhibit a milestone date being met (i.e., changes of work scope, material shipment delays, availability of study related inventory and equipment).
  • Communicate changes per sponsor requests to affected departments with agreement from Client Services. Verify that required resources are available per the proposed study design changes. Ensure any schedule impact is reported to Client Services in conjunction with scheduling/procurement personnel and verify with Client Services that cost changes have been communicated to the sponsor and approved.
  • Coordinate with Client Services and Finance to ensure inquiries are maintained accurately in SAP. and maintain various information systems related to project and customer data such as client and Order Log database.
  • Communicate to client regular project status updates from sample receipt through final report delivery and coordinate with clients, operations and laboratory staff to facilitate timely provision of supplies and consumables necessary for execution of client project



  • Education: Bachelor's degree (BA/ B.S.) or equivalent in biotechnology or biological sciences, or related discipline required. Advanced education preferred.
  • Experience: 1-2 years related experience in client services or project management in a laboratory or research environment. Experience in a CRO/CMO is preferred.An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.
  • Other: Ability to multi-task, excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Possess analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize and re-evaluate priorities as situations change. Working knowledge of computer software (MS Office, MS Project, Excel and database experience preferred),
