Job Summary

We are seeking a Scheduling Coordinator for our Technical Services department site located in Senneville (Greater Montreal area) in Canada.


The following are responsibilities related to the Scheduling Coordinator :

  • Produce timelines/milestones for in-vivo studies and sample analysis in Laboratories including coordinating with outside consultants;
  • Responsible for animal orders and on time delivery;
  • Amendments to current orders
  • Responsible to assign the animal issue to study in SAP;
  • Involve in transfert, spare animal management and sample requests;
  • Coordinate animal arrivals/transferts with the Toxicology department. 


The following are minimum qualifications related to the Scheduling Coordinator position:

  • Collegial Diploma in animal health care or equivalent;
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a CRO;
  • Strong knowledge of all aspects of the works performed at Charles River Laboratories - Laval;
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Ability to work under time constraint and adapt to change;
  • Efficient time management.
