Job Summary

 

We are looking to add an Early Talent and Campus Recruitment Associate to our Talent Attraction Team. 

 

The Early Talent and Campus Recruitment Associate attracts top-tier talent into our entry level, internship, and co-op programs, and maintains productive and influential relationships with targeted High Schools (focus area), Universities and Jr. Colleges. Act as CRL early talent employer brand ambassador.  Responsible for driving the attraction process by identifying and interviewing qualified candidates and maintaining strong relationships with those candidates as they move through our hiring process.

 

Essential Job Functions


• Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR business partners and hiring managers to develop a targeted list of core schools to actively recruit from
• Develop strong relationships with high schools, Jr. colleges and universities through placement offices, faculty, administration, and student bodies to promote the company's brand and image in collaboration with university teams
• Evaluate new colleges and universities with a focus on diversity and forward-thinking talent that will meet future business needs
• Work with internal stakeholders and campus recruiting teams to develop strategies for campus recruiting, set calendar of events, timelines, activities as well as delegate responsibilities to ensure proper participation
• Organize and plan secondary and post-secondary education events (i.e., career fairs, information sessions, on-campus interviews, and other firm sponsored company events, etc.)
• Partner with local HRBP’s and business to drive outreach forward
• Analyze and report on campus metrics to develop new and innovative recruiting strategies for long term and sustained growth
• Identify innovative campus brand collateral and branded merchandise, giveaways, philanthropic partnerships, etc.
• Engage and contribute ideas to be the best-in-class in academic recruiting process and procedure, as well as employment brand development
• Assess trends and leverages knowledge, data, and competitive intelligence to co-create creative, customized sourcing strategies for early pipeline talent
• Support talent acquisition to ensure alignment on current needs within the organization
• Travel approximately 15% to High Schools, Universities and Colleges to source candidates and support recruiting initiatives at networking, recruiting and diversity functions

 

Minimum Position Qualifications


• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of relevant work experience, with a preference for campus recruiting experience in a professional services environment
• Ability to work collaboratively with various level of associates and build strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Excellent leadership and mentoring skills
• Interest in driving diversity and inclusion efforts in alignment with campus strategy
• Ability to prioritize workloads as well as coordinate and maintain follow-up on multiple projects simultaneously in high volume, fast-paced environment
• Good presentation, communication (oral and written) and leadership skills
• Professional, confident, and enthusiastic demeanor
• Must be a problem solver with strong project management skills and the ability to stay organized and very detailed
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills
• Intermediate applicant tracking system/application skills
