Job Summary

We zijn op zoek naar een Payroll Specialist (24-40 uur) voor onze
Site in Den Bosch, Nederland.
 
De Payroll Specialist is onderdeel van het centrale HR Shared Services team en is verantwoordelijk voor het leveren van de maandelijkse Payroll in samenwerking met het lokale HR-team.

Hoofdtaken

  • Verantwoordelijk voor een tijdige en correcte payroll met input van lokale HR-systemen.
  • Verwerken van maandelijkse aangeleverde gegevens en mutaties. 
  • Het bewaken en verbeteren van de processen die leiden tot accurate data, efficiënte werkprocessen en optimaal gebruikersgemak.
  • Werken als Project Manager voor alle relevante projecten (bijv. ontwikkelen v/d Payroll-rapportage)
  • Aanspreekpunt voor externe partijen zoals Finance, Procurement, verzekeraars en belastingdienst.
  • Beheren en oplossen van salaris gerelateerde vragen van medewerkers.
  • Signaleren, bewaken en toepassen van arbeidsvoorwaardelijke regelingen en veranderde belastingmaatregelen.
  • Adviseren op gebied van werkkostenregeling, toeslagen, 30% regeling etc.
  • Beheer van de reeks van belangrijke metrieken en maatregelen die worden gebruikt om gebieden van risico, kansen en zwakte binnen de afdeling te identificeren.
  • Verbinding met de interne en externe auditors. Handhaven van goede werkrelaties met alle auditfuncties.

 

Wat zoeken wij

  • MEAO en/of MBA
  • PDL-certificaat
  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in de salarisadministratie
  • Kennis van wet en regelgeving.
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal
  • Proactieve en klantgerichte werkhouding
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden op alle niveaus
  • SAP- en ADP-ervaring zijn een Pre.
