Our Research Champions care team recruiters educate donors about research, helps pre-screen potential donors, and coordinates donor participation to meet researchers’ timeline needs. Our Specialists are also the face of the company to lay and professional visitors.

Job Summary

•    Prepare and Package outgoing materials for shipment to clients and other CRL sites according to IATA and DOT regulations
•    Prepare, maintain and distribute appropriate documentation for all materials shipped
•    Prepare and ship international orders, ability to complete an SLI, and file an EEI with FedEx or other couriers
•    Email customers regarding order status, tracking, delivery, etc.
•    Assist and support inventory controller in maintaining accurate inventory counts and locations for all products
•    Coordinate courier pick-ups relative to study and site needs, as necessary
•    Receive and distribute shipments of samples, supplies and equipment
•    Perform data entry for inbound and outbound orders
•    Maintain the dock and the shipping/ receiving area in an orderly fashion

Job Qualifications

Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
Proficient with DHL and FedEx Shipping Software
High School Diploma or GED
1-2 years of shipping and receiving experience preferred but not required
