Job Summary

We are seeking a Project Manager 4 for our Insourcing Solutions site located in Bethesda, MD.


The following are responsibilities related to the Project Manager 4:


Plan, organize and direct the activities of  the animal husbandry and technical support program at the ACRF and PNRC contract sites at the NIH. Manages a staff of supervisors, veterinary technicians, animal care technicians, cagewash technicians and animal facility support staff, and collaborates with the client veterinary and administrative support staff.  Maintain performance within the customer's varied animal care environments consistent with and according to company standards for the contract at The National Institutes of Health. The following are minimum qualifications related to the Project Manager position:

  • Education:   Bachelor of Science in Animal Science or related field required  
  • Experience:  Minimum of six (6) years of experience as a facility manager in a multiple species and multiple labor category animal facility with 6 or more years of supervisory experience.
  • Certification/Licensure:  AALAS certification at LATG level or CMAR, can be considered in lieu of BS. ILAM preferred
