Job Summary


We are looking to recruit an Senior IT Compliance Analyst to join the Corporate Information Technology team. The IT Compliance Analyst will provide support for initiatives in the IT Audit and Compliance group:  subject matter expertise in IT technology and operations, data privacy/protection subject matter expertise to ensure appropriate processes, and procedures. The IT Compliance Analyst will also collaborate with IT Management, Internal and External Audit, and other business units, on initiatives associated with Regulatory, and global data privacy/protection regulations and statutes. This can be an onsite or remote role, however there will be occasional travel.

 

Note : The applicant need to be fluent both in English and Mandarin languages. 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  

•    Assess and document all IT General Controls (ITGC) related to the SOX 404 program as part of on-going compliance efforts
•    Ensure effective and efficient control design, implementation, and testing procedures
•    Identify and evaluate internal control gaps and deficiencies and propose remediation strategies including monitoring and reporting timely resolution
•    Identify process and control improvements I automation I consolidation opportunities
•    Research and recommend supporting tools and technologies to support or improve controls
•    Drive increase in maturity of overall IT General Control environment
•    Work directly with Internal Control, Internal Audit, and External Audit on SOX and IT internal audit-related activities including planning and oversight of IT internal audits, walkthroughs, testing, documentation of findings, issue remediation, follow-up, etc.
•    Work directly with IT process and control owners to provide support, education, and recommendations for strengthening the IT control environment
•    Contribute to IT risk and controls program strategy, design, development, implementation, and communication
•    Perform all other related duties as assigned.

 

 

Job Qualifications

 

•    Education: Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Finance or related field.
•    Experience:  8 years related experience in IT Audit and/or Controls Assurance, Finance or IT SOX compliance. Minimum 4 years technology risk management & audit SOX compliance experience in a highly regulated industry.
•    An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.
•    Certification/Licensure: Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or equivalent professional certification (e.g., CRISC, CSOXP, CSOXM) desired

•    Language: Must be able to speak Mandarin.

 

Others:

•    Comprehensive knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 as it pertains to computerized systems
•    Knowledge and experience in Governance, Risk, and Control (GRC) frameworks, approaches, tools, methodologies (i.e., COBIT, COSO, RISK IT, ISO 2700(X), etc.)
•    Experience in Access Management; Segregation of Duties (SOD)
•    Experience in SDLC; Change Management; Configuration Management; Patch Management
•    Experience writing, implementing, and measuring compliance with IT policies I standards I guidelines across a variety of IT-related subject matters
