Job Summary

The G&A Global Analytics Process & Systems is seeking an Analyst Intern for our Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Team in a remote setting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  
The EPM Support Analyst will be utilized to assist various initiative/project teams in assessing and building communication and organizational change material to enable changes for the G&A functions throughout the organization.    
In addition, the Co-op will have the opportunity to work on process improvements as well as analysis and planning activities all to help Charles River Labs save time and money in a real-world environment. 
⦁    Update and/or create existing training materials
⦁    Automate some key existing training materials 
⦁    Update OCM/training templates 
⦁    Support planning efforts for communications 
⦁    Execute against communication plan
⦁    Perform all other duties as assigned 
⦁    Draft communications for approval as needed
⦁    Craft a change impact assessment for the user population and incorporate ways to address in OCM/training plans
⦁    Work to engage project team and end users
⦁    Work closely with the Portfolio Lead as well as Initiative/Project Managers of individual projects

Job Qualifications

⦁    Student currently enrolled in an accredited college/university degree program pursuing a Bachelor’s OR Master’s degree in related fields
⦁    Minimum GPA of 3.0
⦁    Ability to fulfill an Intern position within the May - August timeframe
⦁    Effective communication and listening skills in a teamwork environment
⦁    Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects with a strong attention to detail

⦁    Skills and/or Experience:
⦁    Ability to plan at a detailed level
⦁    Critical thinking and analysis skills 
⦁    Ability to multi-task effectively
⦁    Excellent organizational skills 
⦁    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
⦁    Experience with MS Excel and other MS Office program
⦁    Experience with Vengage or Canva, SnagIT, Camtasia and/or social media communications is preferred

 

Physical  Demands:
⦁    Regularly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
⦁    Must occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
⦁    Regularly provides information to and receives information from/through various technologies, media, sources and contacts. Must be able to accurately exchange accurate information in these situations.

 


Work Environment: 
⦁    Remote or occasional general office working conditions, the noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.

Compensation Data

The pay range for this position is $25.00 Hr Please note that salaries vary within the range based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, and location.
