Le poste

 

Dans le cadre d’une création de poste et afin de répondre à l’intégralité de nos enjeux dans le domaine, nous recherchons un(e) Chargé(e) HSE en CDI.
Votre rôle sera de participer à la définition de la politique HSE et à sa mise en œuvre afin d’assurer la prévention des risques pour le personnel, les prestataires et l’environnement, par le développement et le maintien d’une dynamique et d’une culture HSE.
Il s’agit d’un poste polyvalent et autonome, en interface avec de nombreuses parties prenantes internes et externes. Sur ce poste, vous rapporterez directement au Responsable des Services Généraux du site, et indirectement au pôle HSE du groupe.

 

Missions :

 

1/ Responsabilités générales : 

 

  • Participer à la définition de la politique HSE, en lien avec la stratégie globale et locale, en étant force de proposition
  • Veiller et participer au bon avancement et mise en œuvre de la politique HSE
  • Conduire et coordonner des projets et des initiatives et surveiller leur avancement
  • Faire le lien avec les équipes HSE globales et des autres sites, notamment pour déployer la politique HSE globale et échanger sur les bonnes pratiques
  • Assurer la veille réglementaire en matière HSE et anticiper les évolutions afin de garantir la conformité HSE du site
  • Proposer et suivre des indicateurs HSE et en dégager une analyse
  • Contrôler la bonne application des réglementations et préconisations HSE
  • Planifier et suivre les audits HSE
  • Communiquer sur les bonnes pratiques et les réalisations du site en matière HSE

2/ Hygiène et Sécurité :

 

  • Identifier, analyser et hiérarchiser les risques professionnels en observant les conditions de travail des salariés, et proposer des actions d’amélioration
  • Assurer la mise en place et/ou la mise à jour de la documentation HSE et des moyens nécessaires pour garantir le travail en toute sécurité de l’ensemble du personnel
  • Informer et sensibiliser les différents acteurs et le personnel de l’entreprise aux enjeux HSE, et être moteur dans le développement de la culture sécurité
  • Superviser et animer le comité PRAP (Prévention des Risques liés à l’Activité Physique)
  • Analyser les accidents et mettre en place des plans d’actions correctives et préventives
  • Proposer, concevoir et animer des formations sur les modalités, les règles et les consignes de sécurité et environnement
  • Veiller à la bonne qualité de services des prestataires, et notamment la prestation de ménage

3/ Environnement :

 

  • Gérer les dossiers réglementaires sécurité et environnement de la société (DUERP, assurances, etc.)
  • Superviser les flux de déchets générés par les activités et proposer des actions d’amélioration
  • Piloter la maintenance des infrastructures, principalement liée aux contrôles règlementaires réguliers
  • Participer aux projets de travaux et au suivi de leur réalisation sur le site

 

Qualifications requises :

 

Vous êtes issu(e) d’une formation de niveau bac+5 spécialisée en management HSE, ou vous disposez d’une expérience équivalente de 5 ans minimum sur un poste similaire.

Au-delà de vos connaissances techniques et de votre savoir-faire, vos qualités relationnelles seront vos principaux atouts : empathie et écoute, excellent niveau de communication, aisance relationnelle, capacité à animer en transversale et à fédérer.

Notre entreprise ayant un rayonnement international, une bonne maîtrise de l’anglais est indispensable à l’oral comme à l’écrit.

 

Modalités contractuelles :

 

  • Convention collective de l’industrie pharmaceutique : groupe 6
  • Contrat CDI cadre, forfait 217 jours par an
  • Salaire annuel à partir de 39 663 € bruts sur 14 mois + variable
  • Primes de transport et titres restaurant
