BTA / Biologielaboranten / B.Sc. Biologie-Biotechnologie
als Technical Officer (m/w/d)
Zu Deinen Aufgaben gehören:
- Durchführung von molekularbiologischen oder proteinanalytischen Assays wie dem Nachweis von DNA/RNA in biologischen Probenmaterialien mittels qPCR, Sequenzierung, Southern-, Northern- Western-Blot, ELISA, 1D/2D-SAS-PAGE oder der Herstellung und Charakterisierung von polyklonalen Antikörpern
- GMP-gerechte Dokumentation
- Arbeiten mit potentiell infektiösem Material bis hin zur Gefahrstufe BSL-3**
- Pflege und Aufrechterhaltung des GMP-Systems
- Schreiben und Aktualisieren von SOPs
- Allgemeine Larborarbeiten und Pflege/Wartung sowie Qualifizierung von Laborgeräten
Das bringst Du mit:
- eine Ausbildung als Biologisch-Technischer Assistent / Biologielaborant (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- vorzugsweise Berufserfahrung in einem Arbeitsumfeld, das dem unseres Unternehmens ähnelt (Biotechnologie, Pharmazie, etc.)
- Wünschenswert: praktische Erfahrung in der Molekularbiologie (insbesondere PCR/qPCR)
- Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Kundenorientierung
- Gute Kenntnisse von Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) sowie sehr gute deutsche und gute englische Sprach- und Schriftkenntnisse setzen wir voraus
