Job Summary

We are hiring a Senior Salesforce Developer to lead the design, development, and optimization of our Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Apttus CPQ/CLM). You will leverage Apex, LWC, Flows and integrations to build scalable solutions, enforce best practices and enhance system performance while collaborating with architects and business leaders.

Note: It’s a fully remote home-based role for professionally qualified and experienced candidates based in India, who are willing and open to work UK shifts

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  

•    Salesforce Development & Architecture: Lead the design and development of Apex, LWC, and Salesforce Flow solutions.•    Automation & Customization: Implement scalable automation, custom objects and advanced trigger logic to streamline business processes.•    Apttus CPQ Customization: Configure and customize Salesforce Apttus CPQ to enhance quoting efficiency and integrate Apttus CPQ with other modules.•    Integrations & APIs: Develop robust integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, CDC, and middleware tools such as MuleSoft, SAP CPI, etc.•    Performance Optimization: Optimize data architecture, performance tuning, and governor limit handling for system efficiency.•    AI & Bot Automation: Design and enhance Salesforce Einstein Bots and Enhanced Bots to improve customer service.•    Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex Salesforce and Apttus CPQ issues.•    Collaboration & Best Practices: Work with Solution Architects and DevOps teams to implement best practices and CI/CD automation.•    Documentation & Code Quality: Maintain technical documentation, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers.•    Continuous Learning & Innovation: Stay updated on Salesforce releases, security best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

•    Education:  Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science is preferred•    Experience:  Five or more year’s related SFDC implementation, configuration, and administration experience, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apttus CPQ/CLM, Pardot/Einstein, Live Agent and Integrations.•    Technical Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with Apttus CPQ & CLM (required) and a deep understanding of Quoting, Opportunity Management and Order Management processes.•    Certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I, and JavaScript Developer I (CPQ Specialist or Platform Developer II is a plus).•    Development & Troubleshooting: Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL, triggers and Salesforce design patterns & testing frameworks, with strong problem-solving and debugging skills.•    Agile & Collaboration: Experience in Agile environments with excellent communication, teamwork and business acumen to develop effective solutions.

They partner with their colleagues across the company to develop and drive strategies and to set global standards. The functions are essential to providing a bridge between strategic vision and operational readiness, to ensure ongoing functional innovation and capability improvement.
