We are currently seeking for a Chemist (analytical chemistry)
WORK LOCATION: Montreal (Quebec)
Minimum of 10 years of experience working in a Good Laboratory Practices (GLP ) regulated and Contract Research Organization(CRO). Expereience in analytical techniques such as HPLC,GC, GC-MS, FTIR. Ability to develop novel analytical methods for a wide range of analytes, mainly small and large molecule pharmaceuticals, to GLP regulatory standards and to oversee validation of said methods. Experience in troubleshooting analytical methods and instruments. Advise clients on analytical technology and regulatory issues, and coordinate with clients through-out the method development cycle.
Experience with Agilent 1100 and 1200 HPLC systems, and UPLC( Shimadzu Nexera) with Waters Corporation Empower 3 chromatography data capture software essential. Experience with Perkin Elmer AA800 atomic absorption (graphite furnace and flame) essential, as well as ThermoNicolet avatar 360 ESP FTIR ( with Omnic sotware) and Agilent Technologies 8453 UV/visible spectroscopy (with Chemstation software)
Salary:Starting at 40$/ Hour / Will be evaluated according experience
